1. SHIPPING/DELIVERY

All shoes are shipped directly from China. All shoes are shipped either UPS, USPS, EMS, TNT or DHL, depending on location.

We provide a 100% money back authenticity guarantee on all of the shoes on our website. Please understand that shoes are shipped directly from third party warehouses. We make every attempt to only work with accredited and licensed warehouses, however if in case you think the shoes you received may not be authentic, we simply ask that you return them to us for a full refund. 

After payment is received, there is a 24-72 hours processing period. After payment is processed, you will have your products within 5-7 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers with 1   weeks. Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance. In rare instances, their may be a customs charge, all buyers are responsible for these charges. In very rare cases, some products may be seized by customs, we have never had this happen, but in very rare cases, it is possible. Bestjays.com is not responsible for any duty, tax or seizure by customs. Although if shoes are seized by customs, we will replace shoes at no extra charge. So you are safe.

We will not ship C.O.D. - Shoes are not available for local pick up!

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, or you will not qualify for an exchange.

Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake. Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.

We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective.

A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance, It May Not Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order. bestjays.com Reserves The Right To Apply This Charge To Any Exchange!

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF WE SENT YOU THE CORRECT PRODUCTS!!!

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES JUST BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER DECIDES THEY NO LONGER WANT A PAIR OF SHOES, OR BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER HAS PICKED THE WRONG SHOES OR BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER THOUGHT THEY WOULD LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURES.

3. RETURN POLICY

You may return products under same restrictions as exchanges. If a refund is issued, it will be in the same form as original payment. We are not responsible for shipping costs in either exchanges or returns, and for all refunds there is a $10 processing fee. Exchanges are completely free of charge, although we are not responsible for shipping costs.

if order cost above 300 usd, we just accepted western union or bank stransfer ,not accepted credit cards.

if do payment by credit card above 300usd , we will be refunded automatically less fee of 8% .

WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY OTHER ADDRESS EXCEPT FOR YOUR BILLING ADDRESS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES. ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGED WILL NOT BE RESENT! MAKE SURE THAT YOU GIVE A VALID ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING, AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE. WE WILL NOT RESEND ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO BEING UNCLAIMED BY CUSTOMERS!
